Solaris Mediterranean Sea School shall not be responsible for death or any personal

suffered by any member of the party on the Yacht during the period of the course,
or any other person except in so far as such death or injury is caused by the
negligence of Solaris Mediterranean Sea School. Personal insurance is therefore
highly recommended.

A booking will be made upon receipt of a completed booking form, signed by the
first named person on the form (hereinafter called the 'customer'), and accompanied
by a booking fee/deposit of €150.00 per person.
- Payment
The balance of the total payable will be notified by a final invoice and payment
will be due 8 weeks prior to departure date.
- Cancellation
If notice is given by the Customer to Solaris Mediterranean Sea School in writing
that the booking is not required eight weeks before departure date, no liability
for the balance of the payment shall remain, but the booking fee/deposit will
not be reimbursed. Cancellations received in writing on or after this date are
payable in full and no reimbursements will be made.
Should the course not be available due to circumstances beyond our control, Solaris
Mediterranean Sea School will endeavour to reallocate the customer to an alternative
course providing that this is acceptable, or will make a full refund of the fees
paid. The School's liability will be limited only to the fee already paid by the
customer.

No refunds will be allowed in respect of unused air tickets or unused portions
of air tickets or unused services of any kind.
- Force Majeure
Solaris Mediterranean Sea School shall not be liable for any incident or Force
Majeure, including Act of God, weather conditions, strikes, lock out, act of Government
or any other occurrence beyond our control.

part in a practical course, but the Principal or Instructor must be aware of any
potential problem. For example details of any medical conditions (including epilepsy,
disability, giddy spells, asthma, diabetes, angina, or any other heart condition)
or treatment being received. The School accepts no responsibility for the decision
of the physical fitness of the customer to participate in the course.
