Mediterranean Island Yacht Charter

If a course sounds too exhausting for you - why not indulge in a skippered Mediterranean island yacht cruise? Sail around Mallorca, soak up the sunshine, keep an eye out for the dolphins and be as active or inactive as the mood takes you.

The Skipper will be on board for the duration of your holiday and will be happy to chart a course for you. Visit Cabrera, San Telmo, Dragonara, Santa Ponsa, the list is endless. Spend as little or as long at each destination the choice is yours!

Round the Island

This is by far the most popular alternative. The Island of Mallorca has a magnificent and varied coastline, much of which is rarely seen by the conventional land based tourist. The cruise is always modified to the client's specific requirements, or the skipper will make suggestions with regards to suitable overnight ports or anchorage's. There are so many alternatives that it is impossible to visit them all but the rugged western coast with it's only port of Soller and the amazing totally unspoilt Archipelago of the Illa de Cabrera national marine and terrestrial park, to the south east are strongly recommended.

Ibiza and Formentera

The highly popular islands of Ibiza and Formentera are situated to the south and our homeport of Andratx is the ideal setting off point for the open sea passage to the north and most picturesque side of the Island. Your skipper may well suggest a short overnight passage on the day of your arrival in order to give you the maximum time available to explore the islands and their numerous coves and anchorage's.

Minorca

An increasingly popular alternative is the cruise to neighbouring Menorca. The island is steeped in history and has the two major ports of Ciutadella and its Old City to the west and the major port of its capital Mahon to the east. This cruise requires a fair amount of sea time, with the open sea passages often being taken at night to maximise your holiday enjoyment. Clients chartering for two weeks are often recommended to this alternative as it can be tailored to take in the best of both Menorcan and Mallorca round island cruises.

Your Mediterranean island chartered yacht skipper will be a highly experienced yachtsman and will do his utmost to help you enjoy a totally unique type of holiday.
